Q: How much do your services cost?
A: To speak with an Acquisition specialist is free. If you decide to enlist our services we will build you a custom quote. We do offer a NO FEE option to most of our clients to help put more money towards the business. Be sure to ask your consultant for details.
Q: What's the difference between PHX and a Business Broker?
A: A business broker only represents the seller in the transaction. Their job is to get the highest selling price for the business. They are paid 10%-12% commission on the sale. They do not review the business financials and provide no buyer assistance or guarantees. PHX strictly represents the buyer and ensures he or she purchases the right business for the right price by reviewing all aspects of the deal. PHX does not work on commission so negotiating a better deal does not affect our profit.
Q: Do I have to give you the money to Invest for me?
A: Absolutely NOT! You the buyer is in full control of your money the entire time and You will execute the deal with our expertise and council but we will never ask you to invest in our fund or give us the money for the transaction.
Q: Why can't I just buy a business on my own, I have the money?
A: No one is saying you can't, but our expertise is in purchasing small businesses. That's why we offer a 10% savings guarantee and a No risk No Fee option to our clients. Fact: 50% of businesses purchased in 2010 where overvalued or over sold based on buyers lack of knowledge or emotional attachment to get the deal done. When you use PHX you will always get the best deal.
